Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon culinary lavender, lightly crushed
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake for 8 minutes.
  3. Prepare Filling: Beat cream cheese, sour cream, and 2/3 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and lavender.
  4. Add Blueberries: Toss blueberries with flour, fold into batter, and pour over crust.
  5. Bake and Chill: Bake for 35–40 minutes until set. Cool, then chill for at least 4 hours before slicing.
