  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, spices, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Shape the Koftas: Form the mixture into small logs or oval patties, then chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Cook the Koftas: Heat a grill or skillet, cook the koftas for 4–5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Serve: Enjoy hot with rice, flatbread, or a side of tzatziki or yogurt sauce.
