1 1/2cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4cup granulated sugar
1/2cup unsalted butter, melted

3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1/2cup sour cream
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2cup fresh key lime juice (or bottled)
1 tablespoon key lime zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Garnish:

Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a pan and bake.
