  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the filling:

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered erythritol
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • optional: sugar-free chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare the crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt. Mix in melted butter and vanilla. Press into a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the filling: Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add erythritol, cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  3. Assemble the pie: Spoon the filling into the cooled crust. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until set.
