  • 1 tablespoon butter

For Shrimp and Lobster Cream Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup cooked lobster meat chopped
  • 8 large shrimp peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare Filet Mignon: Season steaks with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet, baste with butter, and finish in the oven.
  2. Make Shrimp and Lobster Cream Sauce: Sauté garlic, add shrimp and lobster, deglaze with wine, pour in cream, add Parmesan, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened. Stir in parsley.
