Crescent Roll Dough:
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
Filling:
4ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4cup cooked and crumbled bacon
1–2 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Topping:
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the filling: In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, chopped jalapeños, and garlic powder until well combined.
Assemble the rolls: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place a heaping tablespoon of the filling near the wide end of each triangle, then roll up tightly, tucking in the sides slightly to prevent leaking.
Bake: Place rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
You can use pickled jalapeños for a milder flavor.
Add extra cheddar on top before baking for extra cheesiness.
