Ingredients

Units Scale

Crescent Roll Dough:

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)

Filling:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 12 fresh jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Topping:

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, chopped jalapeños, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Assemble the rolls: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place a heaping tablespoon of the filling near the wide end of each triangle, then roll up tightly, tucking in the sides slightly to prevent leaking.
  4. Bake: Place rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • You can use pickled jalapeños for a milder flavor.
  • Add extra cheddar on top before baking for extra cheesiness.
  • Perfect for parties or game day snacks.
