Bread:
4 slices sourdough or thick sandwich bread
Cheese Filling:
4ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)

Instructions
Mix Cheese Filling: In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar, Monterey Jack, jalapeños, and bacon if using.
