- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices salami
- 8 slices pepperoni
- 8 slices ham
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup banana peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1 cup baby spinach or arugula
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
Instructions
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over each tortilla.
- Drizzle a little Italian dressing over the cream cheese.
- Layer the salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese evenly over each tortilla.
- Add roasted red peppers, banana peppers, black olives, and spinach on top of the meat and cheese layers.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
- Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
- Remove from refrigerator and slice into 1-inch pinwheels before serving.
