4 large flour tortillas
8 slices salami
8 slices pepperoni
8 slices ham
8 slices provolone cheese
1/2cup roasted red peppers, sliced
1/2cup banana peppers, sliced
1/4cup black olives, sliced
1/4cup Italian dressing
1cup baby spinach or arugula
1/4cup cream cheese, softened
Instructions
Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over each tortilla.
Drizzle a little Italian dressing over the cream cheese.
Layer the salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone cheese evenly over each tortilla.
Add roasted red peppers, banana peppers, black olives, and spinach on top of the meat and cheese layers.
Roll each tortilla tightly into a log.
Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.
Remove from refrigerator and slice into 1-inch pinwheels before serving.
