Ingredients

Romaine Lettuce:

1 head, chopped

Cherry Tomatoes:

1 cup, halved

Canned Chickpeas:

1 cup, drained and rinsed

Pepperoncini:

1/2 cup, sliced

Cucumber:

1/2 cup, diced

Red Bell Pepper:

1/2 cup, diced

Red Onion:

1/4 cup, diced

Salami:

1/2 cup, chopped

Provolone Cheese:

1/2 cup, cubed

Parmesan Cheese:

1/4 cup, grated

Dressing:

1/3 cup olive oil, 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 garlic clove (minced), 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

Instructions

  1. Prepare Salad: In a large bowl, combine chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, pepperoncini, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, salami, provolone, and Parmesan cheese.
