1 tablespoon vegetable oil (plus more for frying)

1pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1/2cup water (for seasoning)
1 can (15 oz) pinto beans (drained and warmed)
1cup shredded lettuce
1cup diced tomatoes
1cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2cup sour cream

Instructions
Prepare the Fry Bread: In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Add water and oil. Knead until smooth. Let rest, then divide and flatten into disks.
Fry the Bread: Heat oil in a skillet and fry each piece until golden and puffed. Drain on paper towels.
Cook the Ground Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat, then add taco seasoning and water. Simmer.
