Units Scale

For the Wings:

  • 2 pounds chicken wings (drums and flats)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Hot Honey Peach Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 12 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional)

For Garnish:

  • Chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
  2. Prepare the wings: Pat the wings dry and place in a large bowl. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. Arrange the wings on the baking sheet and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
  3. Make the glaze: In a saucepan, combine peach preserves, honey, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Coat the wings: Transfer the cooked wings to a bowl, pour the hot honey peach glaze over them, and toss to coat. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Air fryer instructions: Cook wings at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • You can use apricot jam instead of peach preserves if needed.
