1/4cup sour cream
1 tablespoon hot sauce (such as Frank’s RedHot)
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Extra hot honey for drizzling
Crackers, pretzels, or bread for serving
Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Mix the cream cheese: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
Add cheddar cheese: Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese if desired.
Bake: Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish, smooth the top, and bake for 15–18 minutes until hot and slightly golden.
Drizzle with honey: Remove from the oven and drizzle with extra hot honey.

Notes
For a milder version, reduce the red pepper flakes or omit the hot sauce.
You can make your own hot honey by warming ¼ cup honey with 1–2 teaspoons red pepper flakes.
