  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 large Honeycrisp apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Salad: Combine broccoli, apple, carrots, cranberries, red onion, nuts, and cheese (if using) in a large bowl.
