Chicken Skewers:

1/4cup honey
3 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions
Prepare Skewers: Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
Marinate Chicken: Whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, ginger, and black pepper in a bowl. Add chicken, coat evenly, cover, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
