Sweet Potatoes:
4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
Honey Butter Mixture:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 tablespoons honey
1/4cup heavy cream or milk

1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
Cook Sweet Potatoes: Place cubed sweet potatoes in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for 15-20 minutes until tender when pierced with a fork.
