Description

Sweet and tangy honey BBQ meatballs slow-cooked to perfection – super easy, crowd-pleasing appetizer or meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 lb frozen meatballs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup grape jelly
  • Parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together BBQ sauce, honey and grape jelly until smooth.
  2. Place frozen meatballs into crockpot and pour sauce over, stirring to coat evenly.
  3. Cook on high for 1–2 hours or low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired, then serve warm.

  • Use any brand of BBQ sauce; sweetness varies by brand.
  • For leaner version, substitute turkey or chicken meatballs.
  • Grape jelly can be swapped for strawberry or apple jelly.
