Instructions

  1. Peach Mixture: Combine diced peaches, 1/2 cup sugar, and lemon juice. Let sit for 30 minutes, then mash or blend.
  2. Ice Cream Base: Whisk remaining sugar, heavy cream, milk, vanilla, and salt until sugar dissolves. Stir in peaches, chill for 2 hours.
