  • 1/3 cup chopped dried dates or figs
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, chopped nuts, dried fruit, flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
