Instructions
Melt the Sugar – In a medium saucepan, melt the granulated sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until amber-colored.
Add Butter – Add the butter to the melted sugar, stirring until fully combined.
Pour in Cream – Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring continuously as the mixture thickens.
