Ground Cinnamon:

1 teaspoon

Instructions

  2. Mix sugar and cinnamon: In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Prepare dough: Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
  4. Coat marshmallows: Dip each marshmallow in melted butter, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Wrap marshmallows: Place a coated marshmallow on each dough triangle and roll up, sealing the edges.
  6. Bake: Place on baking sheet, brush with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, and bake for 10–12 minutes.
  7. Cool and serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • These are also known as ‘resurrection rolls’ due to the marshmallow melting away, leaving a hollow center.
  • Serve warm for the best gooey texture.
