Chicken:

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mirin or dry white wine
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Other:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix Sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, mirin, sugar, and black pepper.
  2. Cook Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
