1cup whipped topping
1/2cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/4cup chocolate syrup
maraschino cherries (optional)
Instructions
For the crust: In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust. Chill while preparing the filling.
For the cheesecake layer: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until fluffy. Fold in whipped topping until fully combined.
Assembly: Spread the cheesecake mixture over the chilled crust. Layer banana slices, crushed pineapple, and strawberries over the cheesecake. Top with whipped topping, nuts, chocolate syrup, and cherries if desired.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
To prevent browning, coat banana slices with lemon juice before layering.
Use fresh whipped cream if preferred, stabilizing it with powdered sugar.
