  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Meat Sauce: In a skillet, cook onion, garlic, and meat until browned. Add pizza sauce, diced tomatoes, seasonings, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Assemble Casserole: Press pizza dough into a pie pan. Layer with half of mozzarella, meat sauce, pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, remaining cheeses.
