3 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)

1/2cup natural peanut butter

2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
For the Chocolate Topping:
3/4cup dark chocolate chips (dairy-free if desired)

Instructions
Prepare the Base: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper. Mix almond flour, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Press into the pan and freeze.
Make the Peanut Butter Caramel: Heat peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and sea salt until smooth. Pour over the base and freeze.
Add the Chocolate Topping: Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil, pour over the caramel, and freeze until set. Slice into bars and enjoy!
