Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders:

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Sausage, Egg & Cheese:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 6 breakfast sausage patties, cooked and halved
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese or American cheese

For Topping:

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in the dish.
  2. Prepare Eggs: Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet, then spread over the rolls.
  3. Assemble Sliders: Add sausage and cheese on top of the eggs. Cover with the top half of the rolls.
  4. Top and Bake: Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over the rolls, cover with foil, and bake. Serve warm.
