Guacamole:

  • 2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced tomato
  • 2 tablespoons finely diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 jalapeño, finely minced (optional)

For Serving:

  • 1520 mini phyllo shells or tortilla scoop chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mash avocados with lime juice, salt, and pepper until mostly smooth.
  2. Stir in tomato, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño if using.
  3. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
