Orzo and Sauce:

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup dry orzo pasta
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley or basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Saute Aromatics: In a large skillet or saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and cook until soft. Stir in garlic.
