  • 12 oz rotini or pasta of choice (cooked and cooled)
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 4 oz salami (sliced into strips)
  • 4 oz deli ham (sliced into strips)
  • 4 oz provolone cheese (cut into small cubes)

Dressing

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chopped romaine, cherry tomatoes, red onion, pepperoncini, olives, salami, ham, and provolone cheese.
  3. Toss with Dressing: Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until everything is well coated.
