Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dough: In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Add Coloring: Add green gel food coloring a few drops at a time until the desired Grinch-like shade is reached.
  4. Form Cookies: Scoop 1-tablespoon portions of dough and roll them into balls. Roll each dough ball in powdered sugar until well coated, then place them on the prepared baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
