  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Heat the grill to medium and oil the grates.
  2. Prepare Mushrooms: Clean mushrooms, remove stems, and chop them.
  3. Sauté: Cook shallot, garlic, and mushroom stems until soft.
