Skewers:
2cups fresh pineapple chunks
1 red bell pepper (cut into 1-inch pieces)

Instructions
Marinate the Shrimp: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Add shrimp and marinate in the fridge for 15–30 minutes.
