4 salmon fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
8 small tortillas
1 avocado, diced
1/2cup diced red onion
1/2cup diced tomato
1/4cup chopped cilantro
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
1/4cup sour cream (optional)
1 tbsp fresh lime zest
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Place the salmon on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork.
While the salmon is grilling, prepare the avocado salsa by combining the diced avocado, red onion, tomato, cilantro, lime juice, and chili flakes in a bowl. Stir gently to combine.
Warm the tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds on each side.
Once the salmon is cooked, break it into smaller pieces.
Assemble the tacos by placing the grilled salmon onto the tortillas and topping with a generous spoonful of avocado salsa.
Optional: Add a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of lime zest for extra flavor.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add more chili flakes to the salsa.
If you prefer, you can also use grilled shrimp or chicken in place of salmon.
Serve with a side of cilantro rice or a fresh green salad for a complete meal.
