  • 6 cups mixed greens or romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup cucumber (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (thinly sliced)

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
