  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until browned and fully cooked, about 6–8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Prepare the Wraps: Stir in ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise until well combined. Lay the tortillas flat and evenly divide the beef mixture among them. Sprinkle each with shredded cheese and add optional toppings like diced tomatoes, pickles, or lettuce.
  3. Grill the Wraps: Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps. Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil. Place wraps seam-side down and grill for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently, until golden and crispy. Slice in half and serve warm.
