Marinated Beef:

  • 1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated

Wraps:

  • 2 cups small broccoli florets, blanched or steamed
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • cooking spray or oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Marinate Beef: Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Add beef, marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Grill Beef: Grill marinated beef slices for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked through and charred.
  3. Prepare Wraps: Steam broccoli, warm tortillas. Layer beef, broccoli, carrots, green onions, sesame seeds on tortillas. Roll tightly.
  4. Optional: Grill assembled wraps for 1–2 minutes per side.
  5. Serve: Slice wraps, serve warm with extra sauce if desired.
