Marinated Beef:
1pound flank steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
Wraps:
2cups small broccoli florets, blanched or steamed
4 large flour tortillas or wraps
1/2cup shredded carrots
1/4cup sliced green onions
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
cooking spray or oil for grilling
Instructions
Marinate Beef: Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Add beef, marinate for 20 minutes.
Grill Beef: Grill marinated beef slices for 2–3 minutes per side until cooked through and charred.
Prepare Wraps: Steam broccoli, warm tortillas. Layer beef, broccoli, carrots, green onions, sesame seeds on tortillas. Roll tightly.
Optional: Grill assembled wraps for 1–2 minutes per side.
Serve: Slice wraps, serve warm with extra sauce if desired.
Notes
You can substitute beef with chicken or tofu.
