Cookies:

Frosting:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 23 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
