Green Detox Juice:

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, peeled
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Place spinach, cucumber, celery, apple, lemon, ginger, and water in a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Strain (if desired): Strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag for a thinner juice, or enjoy as is for maximum fiber content.
  3. Serve: Pour into glasses over ice, if desired, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra freshness, consider adding a handful of parsley or mint.
