  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
  • 23 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup oat flour (or blended rolled oats)
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add Dry Ingredients: Add the oat flour and salt, and mix until fully combined and thickened.
