- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Unroll the crescent dough onto a greased baking sheet and press to seal the perforations, forming a rectangle.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
- Spread hummus evenly over the cooled crust.
- Top with cucumber, tomato, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
- Sprinkle with parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cut into squares and serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
