Ingredients:
2pounds seedless grapes (red or green, or a mix)
8oz cream cheese, softened
1cup sour cream
1/2cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2cup light brown sugar
1/2cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Prepare Grapes: Wash and dry the grapes thoroughly, then remove them from the stems.
Mix Creamy Base: In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Combine Ingredients: Fold in the grapes until evenly coated. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish.
Add Toppings: Sprinkle the top with brown sugar and chopped pecans just before serving for a sweet and crunchy topping.
Chill and Serve: Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for part of the sour cream.
Toasting the pecans adds extra flavor.
This salad is best served chilled and within 24 hours, as the topping softens over time.
