  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add water and olive oil, then whisk until smooth to form a batter.
  2. Fry the Cauliflower: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then fry in batches for 3–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. Drain and Serve: Use a slotted spoon to transfer the fried cauliflower to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes
