Cheese Mixture:

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

Dough:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon milk (as needed)

Coating:

  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes or panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Cheese Dough: In a medium bowl, combine cheddar, mozzarella, cream cheese, flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to form a soft dough. Add milk if needed.
  3. Shape and Coat: Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough, roll into balls. In a bowl, mix cornflakes or panko with melted butter. Roll dough balls in the mixture.
  4. Bake: Place coated balls on baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve: Allow to cool slightly before serving.
