Instructions
Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
Prepare wet mixture: In a large bowl, whisk melted butter and sugar. Add eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract, and mix well.
Combine ingredients: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
Bake: Pour batter into the pan and bake for 22–26 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
