  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dough: In a large bowl, combine the German chocolate cake mix, oil, and eggs until a thick dough forms. Add the chocolate chips if using.
  3. Bake the cookies: Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 9–11 minutes until the edges are set. Cool on a wire rack.
