  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for toasting breadcrumbs)

For Assembly:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry or homemade strudel dough
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)
  • powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
