Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sugar snap peas, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, for 4–5 minutes until peas are tender-crisp.
- Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice if using.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and toss to coat.
- Serve warm as a side dish.
