Garlic Parmesan Butter:
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Filling:
1cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2cup shredded provolone cheese
1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices
1/2cup pizza sauce (plus more for dipping)
Optional: red pepper flakes for garnish
Instructions
Prepare Garlic Parmesan Butter: Mix softened butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
Assemble Sandwiches: Spread the butter mixture on one side of each bread slice. Layer mozzarella, provolone, pizza sauce, and pepperoni on four slices. Top with the remaining bread slices, butter side up.
