Chicken Skewers:

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  2. Marinate Chicken: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat Grill: Heat grill to medium-high.
  4. Skewer Chicken: Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Grill: Grill skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on skewers during the last 2 minutes.
