  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter: In a large skillet over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter.
  2. Add cauliflower: Sauté cauliflower florets for 8–10 minutes until they start to brown and soften.
  3. Cook mushrooms: Add mushrooms and cook for 5–7 minutes until tender and golden.
  4. Season: Stir in garlic, thyme, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
  5. Finish: Remove from heat, add parsley and lemon juice. Serve hot.
