Cauliflower:

Seasonings:

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil: In a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cauliflower: Cook for 8–10 minutes until beginning to soften and brown.
  3. Include mushrooms: Continue cooking for 5–7 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in seasonings: Garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Finish and serve: Remove from heat, add parsley and lemon juice. Serve warm.
